Looking to hire a strong product manager/lead for Audience Play who can lead the product vision and mission.
Understand DigitalKites products and ecosystem and decide the road map for AudiencePlay.
Monitors technical product progress to ensure strategies, goals and objectives are met. Aligns operational plans with business objectives. Communicates changes to all affected personnel.
Develop learning objectives to drive continuous performance improvements through testing and analysis.
Develop product requirements that address the market and business needs for highly scalable dynamic creative ad - serving tools based on customer feedback, market analysis, and the platforms vision and roadmap.
Work with the Tech team to ensure that the product vision becomes a reality in timely fashion.
Anticipate client needs and questions with the ability to quickly address concerns and assist other team members in developing client responses.
Liaison with marketing to provide inputs for webinars, blog content, social presence etc.
Continuously monitor the key metrics of the product and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at all levels.
Work closely with the engineering team to execute in a fast paced development environment.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, focusing on how these changes can be leveraged to drive material account improvements.
Represent AudiencePlay as the sole product owner who defines the direction of the ship and steers all teams towards the common vision.
Work towards targets and meet/ exceed these goals.
Use market intelligence on market dynamics and competitive landscape for improving the product.
Knowledge of ad tech stack including ad serving technology, RTB, SSP, DSP and DMP. Prior exposure to audience buying selling within digital campaigns would be an advantage.
Sound understanding on how the underlying technology behind ad serving works such as: cookies, APIs, data storage etc.
Excellent communication, client and time management, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to use insights and data-driven decisions in the process.
Proven track record of successful programmatic strategy and implementation with clients of differing sizes and industries.
Ability to analyze complex issues to develop relevant and realistic plans and recommendations to solve client challenges.
Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment with numerous competing priorities.
